Experience with quantum-classical hybrid optimization or PQC migration
Comfort publishing and open-sourcing production-grade components

You will

Design hybrid optimization algorithms (HyQCOpt, QuantumMetaML)
Contribute to research publications and lab benchmarks
Support Quantum Bridge and quantum readiness client assessments
