Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the website at https://bajpailabs.com and any associated subdomains (collectively, the "Services") operated by Bajpai & Co. Research Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), trading as Bajpai Labs.

Bajpai Labs is an AI engineering and research company offering:

• Flagship AI products, including Vivik, Predicta, Nexus-V, Sentinel, Quantum Bridge, Edge-Sync, Synth-Data, HyperFabric, and Protocol-X.
• Strategic AI consulting, custom AI engineering, architecture advisory, and pilot delivery for enterprise clients.
• Informational website, product documentation, approach materials, and contact channels.

The website is primarily informational. Specific product or consulting engagements are governed by separate written agreements between the Company and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, product names, software, code, design systems, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Bajpai & Co. Research Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India), relevant international copyright treaties, and applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Services for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any software.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or fraudulent content through contact forms or other channels.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Services or related systems or networks.
• Impersonate the Company, its employees, or any other person or entity.
• Use the Services to compete with Bajpai Labs without prior written permission.

5. Enquiries and Contact Forms

Submitting an enquiry or contact form does not create a contractual relationship or constitute an offer. Any engagement for consulting or product access requires a separate executed agreement. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our discretion.

Our aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed INR 5,000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand) or the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim, whichever is lower, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected] and giving us 30 days to respond.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
